Contributed across product strategy, software development, AI implementation, market research, operations, and go-to-market execution, turning early-stage ideas into scalable businesses by building products, systems, and processes that support founders from concept through launch.
Led product strategy for SchoolMessenger's CMS platform, partnering across engineering, design, and customer teams to deliver web, mobile, and notification products. Drove roadmap planning, modernised the platform through a phased migration to microservices, and introduced Agile processes that improved product delivery.
Managed a portfolio of SaaS products for education, government, and enterprise customers, leading product strategy and delivery across web, mobile, and innovation platforms. Delivered accessibility initiatives, launched new products, and partnered with cross-functional teams to build customer-focused solutions.
